Plan Validity
2 Years
No. of Claims
- 2 claims are allowed under damage coverage within a 2-year policy period, with a maximum of 1 claim allowed per year.
- Unlimited claims are allowed under the EW coverage, where the total repair value is capped at up to 80% of the sum insured value.
Claim Process
In the event of an incident with your phone, you can effortlessly register a claim using any of the following methods.

Submit all details as required. We recommend reporting the incident/mishap within 48 hours.
Step 3: Device Handover
After confirmation from Zopper, visit your nearest Xiaomi/Allocated authorised service centre and submit your device.
Step 4: Device Delivery
The device will be handed over to you after the completion of the service.
Beyond Economic Repair (BER)
If the sum of the claim amount is greater than or equal to 80% of the invoice amount, it will be deemed as beyond economical repair (BER).
If the product is declared BER and a settlement is made, no further claims can be filed under the same plan, and the policy will be considered null and void.
BER: In the case of BER, the customer have to pay Rs.100+ taxes to the service centre
Depreciation for ADLD
In the event of a total loss or beyond economic repair (BER), the final settlement amount will be determined after deducting device depreciation and any previous repair costs.
What This Plan Doesn't Cover?
- Any loss or damage from unauthorised modifications and theft
- Damage resulting from intentional actions or willful neglect
- Scratches, battery, and accessories, or other aesthetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the smartphone
- Damages resulting from
- natural disasters, fire, lightning, and explosions
- riots, strikes and vandalism
- Accessories, routine maintenance, and cleaning
- Any damage affecting the SIM card
- Damage caused by:
- An external product/accessory
- Service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by any non-authorised service centre
- If the serial/IMEI number has been altered, defaced, modified or removed without the manufacturer's written permission
- This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A) Burn damage resulting from improper care, including but not limited to misuse, negligence, lightning strikes, or abnormal voltage fluctuations.
B) Any other circumstances that are contradictory to or not in compliance with business ethics.
